Welcome to the Outaouais Valleys Fine Meats Co-op
The Outaouais Valleys Fine Meats Cooperative is committed to providing the highest quality meat products and services to the people of Western Quebec and Eastern Ontario. Beginning in 2007, the federally inspected facility will offer a full range of services, including custom killing, cutting, labeling and wrapping. The cooperative will be processing meats and making them available through distributors and for direct sale. It will meet the demand for niche products including organic, halal and kosher. The cooperative encourages the support and active involvement of members of the community. There are many ways you can take part.
